David C. Aisenberg concentrates his practice in business and real estate
litigation, as well as government contract disputes and loan workouts on behalf of banks and other financial institutions. In addition to lenders, Mr. Aisenberg represents clients in a wide array of
business disputes including:
- contract cases
- license disputes
- conflicts among owners of closely held corporations
- employee severance arrangements
- torts
- non-competition agreements
- construction cases
- commercial landlord-tenant matters

| David Aisenberg graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in chemical engineering in 1982, and from Villanova University School of Law in 1985. He previously worked for more than five years as a
commercial litigator at the Boston firm of Bingham, Dana & Gould, now Bingham
McCutchen, and then for five years as in-house counsel for RECOLL Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Fleet Bank. At RECOLL, his litigation practice focused on the enforcement of creditors’ rights in all courts, including adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Mr. Aisenberg
is a founding partner of Looney, Cohen, Reagan & Aisenberg
LLP and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island as well as Massachusetts. |
